We do not collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, financial account information, or any payment data. All purchases through affiliate links are processed by the third-party merchants (Amazon, ClickBank, My Patriot Supply) on their own platforms, not ours.

We use MailerLite as our email service provider (data processor). When you subscribe:

  • Your email address and name are stored securely on MailerLite’s servers
  • We may track whether you open emails and which links you click to improve our content
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email
  • You can also request removal by emailing us directly at support@offgridpowerhub.com

We send emails only to people who have opted in. We do not purchase email lists or send unsolicited commercial email.

7. Data retention

We retain your email address and any associated personal information only as long as you remain subscribed to our list. When you unsubscribe or request deletion, your information is removed from our active list and from MailerLite’s servers in accordance with their data retention practices.

Anonymized analytics data (aggregate traffic statistics, device types, geographic regions) may be retained indefinitely as it does not personally identify you.

8. Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Email subscriber data is stored on MailerLite’s secure servers. Site analytics data is stored on the secure servers of the analytics providers listed in Section 2. We do not store sensitive financial information on our servers.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Children’s privacy

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@offgridpowerhub.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your rights and choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information from our systems and from MailerLite.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your data, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. 12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal that asks websites not to track your browsing behavior. We currently do not respond to DNT signals because no consensus has been established on what compliance with DNT requires. You can manage tracking preferences directly through your browser settings and through the third-party services listed in Section 2.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
